How to use - Professionals

 

  • Dilute 30:1 
  • Can be used on a wet or dry coat.
  • Shake, Shake and Shake some more!
  • Start applying the shampoo to the coat.
  • We recommend doing a section at a time, starting with the paws, then the legs, body, tail, hygiene, and lastly, the face. Avoid the eyes, nostrils, and inside of the ears. 
  • Rub in, ensuring you get right to the skin. And all of the coat is saturated.
  • You can use a brush if matted to brush the shampoo through. 
  • Rinse thoroughly, ensuring all of the shampoo is removed. 
  • Use a microfiber towel to dry. 
  • Fluff dry for best results. 

 

How to use - Pet Parents

There are many ways you can use Duff Dogs shampoo at home. 

1. Professional mixing bottle 

  • Dilute 30:1 
  • Can be used on a wet or dry coat.
  • Shake, Shake and Shake some more!
  • Start applying the shampoo to the coat.
  • We recommend doing a section at a time, starting with the paws, then the legs, body, tail, hygiene, and lastly, the face. Avoid the eyes, nostrils, and inside of the ears. 
  • Rub in, ensuring you get right to the skin. And all of the coat is saturated.

  • Rinse thoroughly, ensuring all of the shampoo is removed. 
  • Use a microfiber towel to dry.

2. Homeware Jug. 

  • Fill with warm water. 
  • Add 7-13 pumps of shampoo to the water. (depending on coat length, and size of dog)
  • Swirl around with your hand, until it forms a foam.
  • Start applying the shampoo to the coat.
  • We recommend doing a section at a time, starting with the paws, then the legs, body, tail, hygiene, and lastly, the face. Avoid the eyes, nostrils, and inside of the ears. 
  • Rub in, ensuring you get right to the skin. And all of the coat is saturated.
  • Rinse thoroughly, ensuring all of the shampoo is removed. 
  • Use a microfiber towel to dry. 
  • Fluff dry for best results. 

3. Using pure. Our shampoo can be used pure, however, we recommend diluting for it to last longer. 

  • Wet Dog 
  • 1-2 squirts for each body part, rub in add more water to dog if needed.
  • Rub in, ensuring you get to the skin. And all of the coat is saturated.
  • Rinse thoroughly.
  • Use a microfiber towel to dry. 
  • Fluff dry for best results. 

4. A little tip for pet parents, (One I have used myself at home!)

  • Grab yourself an old washing-up liquid bottle or an old shampoo bottle.
  • Wash the bottle, and the lid, so no residue is left and water runs clear. 
  • Squirt approximately 7-13 pumps of Duff dog shampoo, depending on the size of the bottle, the size of the dog, and the coat length.
  • Fill with warm water.
  • Shake! Shake! Shake!
  • And there you have a homemade bottle and a fresh-smelling pooch!

These instructions act as a guide only. They may differ from dog to dog regarding size and coat length. Our main recommendation is to use the a-litre professional mixing bottle.
