Refund Policy

If you or your dog aren’t completely happy with your purchase for any reason, please get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery by emailing us at info@duffdogs.com. We aim to get back to you within 5 days. We do not accept returns on products that have been opened and used. However if you have used your product and are not happy with their quality then please get in touch within five days off delivery and we will do our very best to come to an arrangement. 

If on delivery your box or item has any damages they must be reported within 5 days of delivery with photographic evidence to report to our shipping supplier for a refund to be issued. All tags and labels must remain on the item for return. We’re open 8am-3pm, Monday to Friday.

If you decide after you purchase that you have changed your mind, please cancel as soon as possible by emailing info@duffdogs.com. If you have changed your mind after we have shipped please return the parcel when you have received unopened and unused and we will issue a full refund.
